3.3 Updating Account Information

3.4 Account Deactivation

If there are no transactions for 365 days, the account may be marked as inactive. If there is a balance in an inactive account, we will notify you in advance through your registered contact method. You can reactivate the account by logging in at any time.

• Use only payment accounts registered in your name
• Deposits from third-party accounts are not allowed

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 times, calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 15 = a total of ৳15,000 in bets must be completed before the bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

5.3 Bonus Usage Rules

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until wagering is complete
• The welcome bonus can only be received once per account
• If bonus abuse is detected (such as bonus burning tactics), the bonus will be cancelled
• Terms for cashback and reload bonuses apply separately
• vbk33 reserves the right to change or cancel any promotion

5.4 VIP Program

7.1 Strictly Prohibited Activities

Participation in any of the following activities will result in immediate account closure:

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account
• Submitting false or altered identity documents
• Intentionally exploiting any vulnerability or bug in the platform
• Collusion in gaming for the purpose of bonus abuse
• Using computer programs or bots to play automatically
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal transactions
• Harassing or threatening other users

9.2 Liability for Gaming Losses
